Please check your items on receipt especially courier items. Claims for damage/faulty items need to be reported within 12 hours preferably by telephone. Items that are faulty should be returned to us. Once the item is checked and agreed faulty by us a refund will be issued including customers return costs* please contact us with your TGM invoice number for a returns number and for details on the maximum we will refund in return costs. We can arrange for bigger items to be collected by our carrier FedEx but must be collection pre paid by the buyer and will be refunded if the item is found to be faulty. You must return an item in the same condition as it was received. The item must be returned within 7 calendar days. The item must be returned to the address specified. Goods and their packaging that are the subject of a cancelled order must be returned at the customer’s expense in merchantable condition. Items that are factory sealed in packets must still be sealed, guitars must have all the protective covering still on the guitar as sent from the factory and our workshop from new, if the guitar has been used and scratched or marked we will not accept a return. As you would expect all of our products/guitars offered for sale are new and unused and consequently we are unable to restock goods that have been used marked or damaged in any way. Guitars must be returned as per and in the same condition as the pre delivery inspection sheet sent with all instruments from Tim Gentle Music workshop. Our workshop decision on refunds will be final. There will be a 20% restocking fee plus we will not refund the original shipping to the customer within 30 days. *NOTE: IF THE ITEM IS COLLECTION ONLY, YOU MUST SATISFY YOURSELF THAT THE ITEM IS CORRECT BEFORE YOU TAKE IT, THEREFORE NO RETURNS FOR ANY COLLECTION ONLY ITEM AFTER YOU HAVE COLLECTED IT. |
