Rare Hard to find  Hollywood Cinema , two others selling on ebay in horrible condition

Golden Age of movies magazine with tons of B&W and sepia toned photos including full page photos.

Condition :

Overall, good Vintage condition " nice shape for its 90yr age "  , noticeable wear around the edges and corners , but was well taken care of. Binder is intact ,  ( note : small rip on one of the iner pages,  look at the last 2 pics )  there is no major damage like others you see selling on eBay.  Make sure to look at all the pictures

The binding is tight and all the pages within are bright white with  underlining, high-lighting,  bends, or folds. The covers have some small scuff and tears , small discoloration on the front , as can be seen in my photos.  You will be happy with this one!  Please check out all my pictures and email with any questions!
