Vintage 1959 India Brass Inlaid Belt Buckle Dated 1-59-2 made in India Inlay.

1959 India belt buckle. Brass and looks to be in layer or some sort of poured resin material! Not sure on the process how they made it? All I know is that it’s antique and brass. And it’s dated 1-59-2 so January second 1959.
