From the packaging:

*100% Combed Cotton, 200 Threads 

* All No-Iron sheets are pre-shrunk

* Machine wash with similar colors. Do not bleach.

* Tumble dry on medium heat, remove promptly from the dryer.

* No ironing  necessary.
