of trainers is dispatched I am unfortunately unable to receive or send any
messages to my buyers. This is ebay’s policy and not mine. Please consider this
before leaving negative feedback. I strive to provide exceptional customer service
and will do my upmost wherever possible to help my buyers
Trainers
condition
There may be very rare occasions when receiving trainers from my suppliers that the box is damaged.
Please note that this does not in any way detract from the condition on the
trainers. I only sell trainers that are in 100% condition. Brand new and never
worn and I thoroughly check them prior to sending them. This includes packing
them under video recording etc to ensure authenticity and transparency. Where ever
possible I will try my upmost to restore the original box using packaging tape
etc (see image). However there may be occasions when the box is deemed unsalvageable and in
these instances the original box will be substituted for another/similar shoe
box which will still contain the original barcode for authenticity purposes. Please
see images for examples.
I also expertly
package all my parcels with layers of bubble wrap etc prior to sending them to
the authenticator. Once checked they are then repackaged expertly by the
authenticator.
