Designed to be worn under a show jacket Not intended for x-country riding Certified to motorcycle back protector standard EN1621-2-2014 Back protector only The Airowear Shadow Back Protector is lightweight and flexible and offering limited protection against impacts from a fall. Designed to be worn under a show jacket. The Shadow is not a body protector, it is a back protector with a foam panel in the back only. A back protector does not offer rib protection or prevent injuries involving severe torsion, flexion, and extension or crushing of the body. Back protectors do not offer full protection against spinal injuries. The Shadow is not intended for cross-country riding. It is not acceptable for cross-country competitions nor schooling days where a body protector is a requirement. For cross country, a body protector to EN13158:2018 BETA 2018 Level 3 (BETA 2009 Level 3 is the outgoing standard) is required. The Shadow is not suitable for some working hunter classes such as those that specify a body protector, please check the rules of any organisation you are intending to compete under before purchase. The Shadow consists of a model 0202 back impact-absorbing foam panel insert CE certified to EN1621:2 2014 Level 2 and a fabric mid-layer garment that must be used together. July 2022 - Change in elastic at the belt at the waist was Grey/Black now Black/Grey - Large and X/Large sizes.

All items are sent out by Royal Mail 2nd class which can take 1-7 working days. Unless you select a 24 hour courier.
Most orders if received by 12pm are dispatched the same day. Please note that we do not get post collections over the weekend for either services. We may mark as dispatched, but they will not leave us until the Monday.
We have capped our postage at £5.95, except for the following postcodes BT, JE, GY, PO, IM, IV, KW, PH, PA, AB 37-9, AB 38-9, AB 55 4, HS, ZE AND TR 21-25. These postcodes will be quoted individual.
EU and other overseas countries will be charged at cost, please contact us for a quote before buying.

Instead when you have finished shopping with us, just send us an email and we will combine your orders. Once we have completed this we will send you a single eBay invoice, confirming the individual items on the order, and the one single P & P fee of £5.95.
If you do make a mistake and accidentally pay more than £5.95 P & P, please just send us an email or drop us a line and we will amend this for you.

If you find that any of our items are faulty we are happy to help, please note that we do have to deal with our suppliers to resolve any problems.
This sometimes can take a few days, and to hurry the process up there are a few steps you can take to help it along.
- Please take pictures showing the fault (if you can) and send these to us via eBay Messages.
- Please provide as much detail about the product when you bought it and why it is faulty with your name address and contact number.
- The fault details you provide will in most cases be fowarded on to our supplier.
