NOTE: All of the products we sell are NEW and unworn. Our liquidation sources sometimes send us some items that are missing cardboard inserts, size bands, and even barcodes. We sell all items as new with tags or new in box but some items are missing the UPC, which is rare. If you receive an item and it is missing the UPC tag and you have a problem with it, please let us know and we will make it right for you.

The pictures are not of the actual item. It is new with tags or new in box.

Packages will be shipped by UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on weight and size. Shipping will go out with one day handling from Monday to Friday when purchased before 4:30pm EST daily, and Saturday until 1:30pm EST. 

Note: The digital images we display have the most accurate color possible. However, due to differences in computer monitors, there may be variations in color between the actual product and your screen.

Clothing and packaging may be folded or cut/shaped when shipped and may be wrinkled due to storage and shipping and to fit into shipping packaging.

RETURNS
Know before you buy. Measure the person you are purchasing for accuracy in sizing. We are happy to answer any questions. All items are NEW WITH TAGS but sometimes our supplier sends products that have MISSING TAGS.  
All sales are final. Once purchased all items are non returnable and non refundable. 

ORDERING
If you ordered the wrong size, you have some options. First, please contact us as soon as possible as it may not have been shipped yet. We might be able to pull it and ship the size you wanted. If the package has already left us, we are not able to pull it back. 
1. You can keep it and purchase a different size. 
2. You can contact us immediately and when the package arrives, refuse it and it will be returned to us at no cost. We will then ship the correct size to you and only charge for additional shipping charges. 
3. Or you can refuse the shipment and we will refund your purchase, less the cost of shipping the item.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
If you find the package is delivered broken / damaged you can (not later than in 1-2 business days) return it to the local USPS post office and refuse it (if it was not opened and the shipping label is not damaged), the package will be returned to us for free, then contact us promptly. If you have opened the package and there is a defect of any kind to the item, please alert us within 72 hours with pictures, so we are able to take action to remedy the problem.

FEEDBACK POLICY
We work towards 100% customer satisfaction. Sometimes, in a human operated business, human mistakes may happen. If an issue exists please let us fix the problem before leaving negative or neutral feedback. We are available 6 days a week 8am-4pm EST.

PRIVACY NOTICE
At MiJoGi Couture we are committed to protecting your privacy online. Your private information will never be disclosed to anyone and will be used only to process your order and to provide a more personalized shopping experience. Information, once received, is held in strict confidence. It will not be transferred to any mailing lists. PayPal payments are protected by PayPal policy.

SHIPPING
We ship 99% items FAST and FREE in the United States with SAME business day of payment clearing. Our business days are Monday - Saturday. We reserve the right to choose a carrier. 

PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit cards through PayPal checkout.
Customers please note: You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay for an item. When eBay directs you to the PayPal payment page, you will be able to insert only the credit card info.
