✅ If the item is not professionally graded from MS 60 to MS-70, UNC-GEMUNC THEN assume it is CIRCULATED
✅ IF ITEM is graded Un-Circulated by ICCS, PCGS, CCG, CCCS  OR other reputable services? CONFIRM VISUALLY
✅ OTHERWISE ALWAYS ASSUME items that are NOT professionally graded ARE CIRCULATED
