Q: what if it does break while shipping?

A: I'm insuring each of these and you will be refunded. But read my reviews around shipping. I don't leave things to chance. We have shipped thousands and have had only 1 break - it was CLEARLY run over by a truck...

Followup Q: can I have replacement instead of refunding?

A: possibly but not guaranteed. You can ask if we get to that. All depends on what I have on hand.
