Description:

- DAC8550 is a 16-bit single channel, voltage output digital to analog converter (DAC) can provide low power operation and flexible serial host interface. Rail to rail output swing is allowed within 5V power supply range. It supports standard 3-wire serial interface, and can work with input data clock frequency up to 30MHz when VDD=5V. The DAC8550 external reference voltage is 5V, and the output range of each DAC channel is 0-5V. A power on reset circuit is also built in, which ensures that the DAC output is powered on at zero level and remains there until a valid write operation occurs. The DAC8550 provides a flexible power down function, which can access the device through the serial interface, thus reducing the current consumption of the device to 700nA at 5V. It is usually used for programmable voltage source, instrument and control system, sensor excitation, motion process control and other equipment.

Note:
- The module power supply does not exceed 12V, the voltage is high, and the module generates heat.
- Since the module is a high-precision device, it is recommended to use linear power supply to avoid unnecessary interference.
- It is recommended to use SMA corresponding interface for output signal line. The interface mismatch may easily lead to poor contact, and poor-quality wire may lead to signal attenuation or excessive noise.
- The code delivered is only for the use of the supporting main control board, and does not provide the SCM tutorial. The functions other than the baby details display need to be self-developed.
- If you need to simply test the function of the module, it is recommended to use it with the control board of our shop. After correct wiring, you can supply power to the control board to achieve analog voltage output.
