Fork Lift Delivery Service
We try to deliver larger orders with our own HGV Truck, this comes complete with its own fork lift. We arrive on site, un-couple the fork lift and unload the scaffolding from the truck and he fork lift can easily drive up narrow lanes, through fields and unload the equipment where you need it.

Scaffolding Supplies Returns Policy

You have the right to return purchased goods within 14 days of receipt, however, this does not apply to certain items, ie. perishable or personalised goods.

We must be advised within 14 days of your intention to return the goods. We will not accept goods back that have been used and expect goods to be returned in the same condition as purchased. Goods must be returned immediately after notification at your own expense.

Payment options

When choosing to purchase items you are interested in, you can either click on the 'Buy It Now' button and make an immediate payment through Paypal. Or you can click the 'Add to Basket' button which adds the item to the eBay basket (top right corner of the eBay page), then find the next product you wish to purchase and repeat the same procedure. Once you have added all the products you require in to the basket, click the basket logo in the top right of the page to complete checkout.

Credit and debit cards
If you do not have a Paypal account, you are welcome to give us a call on 01469 572321 to pay for your purchase over the telephone. When choosing this option to pay, please ensure you have the item details as this will ensure we can process your order quickly and efficiently for you.

When making a payment via credit or debit card over the telephone, no card details are stored and the card is processed securely through our card terminal.

All prices shown on our listings on eBay are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and a full VAT invoice is sent out to all customer via their registered email address upon dispatch of the goods.
