We aim to process all returns within 48 business hours of receipt of the return, but please allow up to 7 days for any exchange / refund.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return item to us in an un-used state in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase and we'll give you a refund or exchange minus postage costs. Any returns after this time may be subject to a restocking fee.

Please note you MUST contact us for a returns form and returns number before returning any part. This way your return can be logged and processed promptly once it arrives back.

If your item is faulty or was incorrectly sent you must contact our customer service department within 7 days for advice before returning the parcel and we will endeavour to get this resolved promptly.

Failure to do this will invalidate any warranty and breach the returns policy If the fault has developed within 28 days of delivery, we will offer a replacement product once the original product has been returned to our Return Department for assessment and verification of the fault.
