We will accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, less any Shipping & Handling charges.
Product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all accessories.
Please contact us before returning an item to get a RA number. Any return without a RA number will not be accepted or processed.
All returns should be accompanied with a tracking or delivery confirmation number back to our warehouse.
Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed.
Although shipping is free any orders that are returned to us due to a package being unclaimed or undeliverable because of a wrong address, we will charge $6.95 to resend the package. If you request a refund, we will refund your payment minus $6.95
