Mix without the addition of egg products and diary products for the manufacture of muffins and tray cakes.
Base Recipe:
Vegan Cake Mix - 1kg
Vegetable Oil - 0.3kg
Water - 0.45kg
Total Weight - 1.75kg

Mixing Time: 3-4 minutes
Scaling Weight 0.450kg
Baking Temp - 180C
Baking Time 40-45 minutes

Instructions for use:
Stir all the ingredients on medium speed and fill into the tins.
Press down the upper surface approx. 1cm deep with an oiled scraper and bake initially.
After the initial baking (10-15 minutes ), finish baking with open damper.

Mix 1kg of vegan cake mix with 450g of water and 300g of vegetable oil for 3 - 4 minutes at a medium speed. Fill tins with the batter and press the surface down 1cm with an oiled scraper. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes then open the damper and bake for a further 30 minutes.
