Vintage Rotring core technor mechanical pencil, German made,   0.7 mm . grey and black marks barrel.  Very good condition stock. Not Pre-owned.  Perfectly working, Will be send with spare leads box of 10 0.7 mm leads, and one extra new eraser stick.

The rotring core technor  mechanical pencil is in perfect working condition, no damage, no usage marks. they are almost unused in new condition.  We will be sending you a gift pencil box along with this pen.  All pencils comes  with a box of 10 x .7 mm pencils leads as well. 

Condition of the pencils :  these pencils were New old stock with a closing stockist , left over stock from a large quantity they procured for distribution. these pencils carry only 'shop wear', not pre-owned.  all the pencils in stock is perfectly working fine. The barrel is scratchless and it still maintains the original matte finish parts of the pencil.  The  grip is still in 99% perfect condition.  we have tested  the pencils the following methods :

1.  the click unit is perfectly working, its easily removable from barrel by screw/unscrew method. each pencil we send will be tested for the perfect operation of the click unit, multiple tests.  we will make sure the entire unit is functioning and the leading is actually released thru the pencil tip.  If we found the lead is not released, we consider this as a defective unit, and we will not send to you.  

2.  We have loaded three 0.7mm leads to the reserve container, and the container holds them perfectly. 

3.  the tip is releasing the perfectly according to the release click. lead is tightly held at the tip, not loose. 

4.  the rubber eraser (original shipped with pencil) started showing signs of age, but we tested them erasing on paper and it works perfectly. We have rolled the eraser with talcum powder to give it more life, however it is our assumption that these erasers might need a replacement if you leave them unused for few months (usual problem of an engineered rubber material).  you can still find replacement erasers on Chinese web sites or with other leading pencil manufactures like faber castell. you can also make your own DIY rubber erasers from the classic erase blocks available with  bookstores. we have made few of them, and it works perfectly.

Please note this pencil is not brand new freshly made, instead they are New-Old-Stock (NOS) unused condition.  there is a difference, NOS products do carry signs of age (if any)  but they will not pre-owned or used by any actual owners. these products were been always kept with a stockist or shop only.
