We guarantee live arrival of insects if your local temperatures are between 40° - 80° OR choose to have your Post Office "HOLD PACKAGE" (leave note within order). We can not guarantee live arrivals if our little friends are left in a sweltering hot mailbox or ice-cold mailbox for 5 hours.
