Highly unusual, this grand scale trio of paintings of saintly monks depicted in different scenes including a monk preaching at a cathedral steps, a monk and archbishop with figures at a lakeside hilltop and a monk about to embark on an ocean voyage.

Unsigned, 20th century British school, well painted in a bold palette with good figural construction and fine detail of the various backgrounds.

In good condition, ready to hang.
