Super Rare Antique (1890-1910) EAPG (Early American Pattern Glass) Flashed Ruby Red Early American Glass Sugar Bowl 

Not sure of the name of this pattern. 

One of the handles has what seems to be a scratch.  It's only surface but in the picture it looks to go all the way through. (9th picture).

There's some light scratches noticeable on the gold.  (8th picture).

Looks to be a stress point inside the glass on the bottom.  It does not go all the way through.  (10th picture).

There is a tiny chip on the bottom. (11th picture).
