JADE & GEMSTONE DISCLAIMER

All Jade & Gemstones listed have not been tested unless otherwise specified. Some may come with existing appraisal, please note this does not preclude the fact that some pieces could be dyed and or polymer treated and are stated as natural for the material only, but not for the type of treatment that requires a sophisticated spectrometer reading best provided by a laboratory. If it is verified that the stone has not been treated or enhanced, it will be noted in the listing description or a certificate may be provided.

GOLD DISCLAIMER

If the gold content is stamped on the item, we will list the item as the stamped gold karat. We will acid test gold items for items that are not stamped and will acid test stamped items only upon request. Please message us if you would like confirmation on gold karat.

HANDLING TIME

Handling time is 1-3 business days from the time payment is made. Shipment will only be made after payment is received and cleared. Auctions ending on Sundays will typically ship out on the following 1-2 business days. If payment is not received by 10am HST the day before the weekend or federal holiday, shipping of item may be pushed to the next business day which may be the following week.

All items are packed neat and secure in a jewelry box or bag with bubble wrap.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Please note that from Hawaii shipping typically takes 1-5 days longer for any shipping method (this may be in addition to the estimated arrival date or estimated time frame provided by USPS or eBay for that shipping method etc.) We are on an island and cannot avoid this. We appreciate your understanding.

Once it is paid WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING. If you are purchasing multiple items, please REQUEST A COMBINED SHIPPING INVOICE before paying - if it is possible (it is determined by value), then we will send you a combined invoice with your shipping shipping + $1 for each additional item (more for odd shaped, heavy, or large items). If you pay BEFORE REQUESTING THE SHIPPING WE WILL NOT REFUND THE SHIPPING and reserve the right to combine or send separately dependent on payment date and item values/size.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is done through eBay's global shipping program.

WE DO NOT SHIP JEWELRY TO RUSSIA.

WE SHIP ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS THROUGH EBAY'S GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM - NO EXCEPTIONS!
(eBay Global shipping automatically adds import and customs charges to invoice). We cannot change your shipping fees or customs fees - charges are determined by eBay, not us. You cannot change your address after bidding/winning an item.

Customs and duties are the recipient's responsibility. Please do not ask us to falsify customs documents. Buyers who ask us to falsify documents will be immediately reported to eBay and we will cancel the transaction.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS CANNOT HAVE COMBINED SHIPPING. WE ALSO DO NOT HAVE CONTROL OVER IMPORT CHARGES. 

Additionally we are not responsible for confiscated items - please know your countries import rules (no coral to Canada or china, some watches restricted to Canada). We will not falsify documents!


POLISHING & RESIZING

Most of the jewelry being auctioned are vintage pieces. We offer resizing and polishing for an extra cost. The prices and additional handling time depend on size, metal, & difficulty. Some items cannot be resized due to design or shape, and we do not recommend resizing more than 1 size up or down as it may become misshapen and even so, we do not accept returns of re-sized items.

Please message us if you would like resizing or polishing and we will see if it is possible for that item before sending you the revised invoice. Please do not pay before you message us.

(RESIZE / POLISH FEE NOT REFUNDABLE - ITEMS ALL SALES FINAL WHEN ALTERED (no returns)

PLEASE NOTE after you receive the item it is yours to do as you'd like (resize, polish, etc.) but we DO NOT accept returns of altered items under any circumstance (including if you have it resized, serviced, cleaned, polished, etc.)

JEWELRY STAND

The stand used in our photos are not large scale mannequins, they are 10" table top jewelry busts commonly used in the trade. Items DO NOT come with any accessories used to photograph items such as stands, displays, cushions, u-pins, paperclips, needles etc.

RETURN POLICY - Buyer pays return shipping on BIN items. Please contact us through eBay messages FIRST, if you have any problems.
Item MUST be returned with ALL of the original parts and accessories including booklets, logo wrappings, plastic protectors, brand boxes/pouches, brand tissue paper, and any parts shown in listing to be included.

RESTOCKING FEE - 20%

We reserve the right to enforce up to 20% restocking fee. SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY. Please message us before buying if you have any questions.

PLEASE NOTE - all BIN items will come with a JadeStoreHawaii tag/bracelet attached - WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS once you remove this bracelet. Please be sure you inspect the item before removing the bracelet/tag!


HAWAII STATE TAX

Our office is located in Honolulu, Hawaii. Any transactions completed in Hawaii is required to pay a 4.712% sales tax.

We are sorry we do not have a physical store.
