You are bidding on a Beautiful Piece of Highly Figured American Curly Tiger Maple Lumber.  The board is 3/4"X7 3/4"X48".  The board has a 1/16" bow lengthwise and an ambrosia spot on the back.  The last photo is a shot of the back of the board.  They have been kiln dried as well as planned and edged.  Our planer and our jointer both have spiral cutter heads that virtually eliminate chipping so they come out very smooth.  Also, every board that I sell has been run through our dual head sander.  Once you receive the board, all you should have to do is finish sand it lightly with a palm sander or by some other means.  The only other thing that I do is lightly dampen the surface of one side for the pictures to show you what it looks like once its sealed and finished as well as to show the character of the board(s).  The camera doesn't show the grain character very well after the boards have been sanded.  I have seen other sellers that use oil on one side which works the same but I don't know how you can finish a piece of lumber with lacquer after the surface has been oiled so I don't use that method.  Lacquer doesn't mix very well with any oil.  My father and I have our own custom cabinet business and we have been in business for over 20 years so you can be confident that I know what I'm talking about and that you'll get your item in a timely and professional manner.

Finally, I have many more larger and smaller pieces of Curly Tiger Maple for sale on Ebay as well so please check out my other auctions.  There is NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING for this auction.  Thanks for looking and again, if you have any questions, please e-mail me.  This is lot #10.  Anthony
