The koi shown is the exact one you will receive. All koi are measured from the tip of the nose to the tip of the tail. Fish are measured at the time of listing and sizes are a very close approximate and are not guaranteed to be exact
Our shipping days are Monday and Tuesday (excluding holidays)
Keep in mind that every koi goes through a 24-36 hour fast before shipping to reduce the amount of waste produced during shipping.
We take extra care during the packing and shipping process to ensure the least amount of stress possible.
All of our koi are shipped UPS next day air to ensure your new fish arrives to your door as quickly as possible
If your koi is DOA please send us a picture of the deceased koi within 2 hours of arrival and you will receive a full refund for the koi. In the event of any loss, the refund DOES NOT include the cost of shipping.
