TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Please do not bid if you are unable to meet these terms and conditions.

2. All items must be paid for within 3 days of auction ending, please advise before paying if you require items to be insured or registered post at your additional expense and a adjusted invoice will be sent otherwise standard postage will be used all care is taken but I cannot be liable for any damage or lost once posted, tracking information will be provided where available

3. If you are the winning bidder, I will send the payment/invoice details to you. Please respond within 3 days. The item will be re-listed if payment is not made within 5 days of auction ending unless other arrangements are made. Failure to comply will be reported to eBay

4. Winning Bidder to pay for postage. Note that some remote areas may require additional postage cost which will be added to the winning bid postage at invoice.

5. International postage is welcomed and calculated depending on country location. Please contact me for pricing quote.

6. Any Customs and Taxes are the winning bidder’s responsibility.

7. Australian customers – payment through PayPal ,Bank Deposit ,Cheque or C.O.D.

8. International customers – payment through PayPal only.

9. All sales are final and without refund unless the item has been grossly misrepresented. If you have an issue, please contact me before leaving feedback so we can discuss and resolve your concern.

10. I reserve the right not to accept your bid if I deem your Feedback history to be unsatisfactory. No correspondence will be entered into.

11. Your bid confirms and acknowledges your acceptance of all of my Term and Conditions as listed here.

12. Postage: quoted postage costs is for Australia only and include packing, handling,postage & Ebay postage charges

13. Item will normally be posted within 3 business days after payment has been received. Please take into consideration if there is are public holidays.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

All items are well packed and fragile items are in protective wrap. Registered Postage and Insurance can be arranged on request and at your expense.

I try to describe my items to the best of my ability and if I do find flaws, I will detail these as accurately as possible. The image forms part of the description however should be used in conjunction with the description.
