The focus/f-stop Rings on the lens all accurately/smoothly click and turn  We found there to be no haze, Has fungus on front and rear elements, no dusting, no separation  and no scratches. Purchase includes PENTAX ASAHI 135mm f/3.5 SMC PENTAX-M Camera K mount Lens & Rear Cap as shown only. The lens does have some cosmetic scuffs and other signs of use. No other accessories are included unless shown in the photos.
