Indian line.”
Specifically the four new Indians lead off
with the Indian Trailblazer 700cc OHV
Twin, Indian Woodsman 500cc OHV Sin-
gle Scrambler, Indian Tomahawk 500cc
OHV Twin Supersports, and the Indian
Fire Arrow 250cc OHV Single.
The big 692cc Indian Trailblazer 700
Vertical Twin overhead valve engine, fea-
tures blazing speed and unleashed power
which send this powerful machine rocketing
along well over 100 miles per hour with
roaring starts and check-rein stops. This
machine is designed to give double
riding comfort over long distances at sus-
tained high speeds. This 4214 cubic inch
vertical twin engine is incorporated into a
ruggedly constructed swinging-arm spring
frame and telescopic front forks, overhead
valve engine, dual 6” front wheel brakes,
Western type handlebars, large type Indian
Steward Warner” easily read 120 miles
per hour internal illuminated speedometer,
four speed foot shift transmission with po-
sitive neutral finder, folding kickstarter pe-
dal, Amal "Monobloc” carburetor, air filter,
magneto ignition, Lucas lighting equipment,
center and jiffy stands, cushion drive in
rear wheel, dual saddle and plenty of chrome
plated parts to add beauty and distinction
to the Indian red enamelled gas tank, fen-
ders, tool box and chainguard. Black finish
on the fork and frame parts. A 100 mile per
hour plus motorcycle.
The 499cc Indian Woodsman 500 Sin-
gle Scrambler is the machine with big mus-
cles, quick reflexes and the guts for rough
and tumble action through field and stream
