Look after the planet by returning your old genuine caliper to us. We will refund you £10 (front caliper) / £15 (rear caliper) for it. Contact us for a free returns label and return within 60 days of purchasing from us - include a completed cash back returns form that we will provide, and we will refund you within 2 working days of receiving the part.
Important: To receive cashback, the caliper and motor (if applicable) must be genuine and complete (i.e. Original Equipment only and no missing parts). Don't worry about the state of your old caliper, but it must be in a reasonable state, so it's possible for it to be refurbished.
Postage is FREE to UK mainland (see below) and will be dispatched the same day with Next Day Delivery if ordered before 3pm

WARRANTY
If Goods become faulty during the period of the Warranty for reasons unconnected with your acts, omissions, or misuse of the Goods, you must return such Goods to us. We will inspect the parts and accordingly repair or (at our option) replace such Goods with the same or superior Goods at cost price, unless the Goods fail within the first 4 weeks of fitting for reasons unconnected with your act, omission, misuse, or failure to fit the part properly, in which case we will replace it for free. In either case, you must cover the returns postage. If Goods become faulty after expiry of the Warranty, and you request that we replace or repair such Goods, then we shall charge our then standard list price for such repair or replacement.
