IMPORTANT NOTE: THERE IS NO DATE IN THIS BOOK. Ebay requires me to put a date of publication in order to list it so I picked a RANDOM date. I have NO way of knowing when it was published. Carlton House Publishers were started in 1936 so it is NOT earlier than that.
Up for sale is the hardcover book titled "Thais" written by Anatole France. It was published by Carlton House and has no copyright date The spine has the words "Masterpieces of Romance" printed above the title of the book so perhaps this is one of a series but I don't know. The book is in excellent readable vintage condition with a tight spine, no rips or tears of pages and clean pages with no extraneous markings or writing. I've photographed some random sample pages so you can see its content and condition. Please see photos for overall condition. 252 pages
NOTE: I noticed some dark spotting in some of the photos, these are NOT present in the book, I believe it is time for me to clean my camera's lens! Sorry for any confusion, the cover and all pages are clean and in excellent condition.
Book Condition Issues: Tight spine, no rips or tears, no writing. A few pages have creases but they appear to be created when the book was assembled and do not interfere with the readability of the book. Please see photos.
