Dispatch Process

Once you make your purchase then send your discs in an envelope via your local post office to our address below and upon arrival we will repair your discs within 1 working day and will dispatch back to you. 

We test every disc to make sure it loads up to first playable area to make sure they run fine.

Usually this whole takes 3-4 working days on arrival to us.

We recommend you obtain a proof of delivery receipt when sending your discs to us, as we can not be held liable for your discs not reaching us. But we will fully refund you for the costs of the repairs.

If you wish to have you item send back to you fully tracked then please choose this option on checkout in the postage area. This will be free of charge on orders over £30

Do not send the disc in a box (if possible), as this adds to the postage costs for you, so just simply pop the disc in an envelope or thin packaging along with your eBay username and take it down to the post office (it's recommended to put card either side of the disc or put into a case, so it's protected while in transit). We will always make sure your discs are packaged safely upon returning them to you.

Please note that we cannot repair discs that are cracked, dented, warped or where the foil has been damaged - to check this, hold the disk up to a bright light to see if the light shines directly through the disc surface. Also we cannot fully repair VERY deep scratches, although cleaning it may cause the disc to work, the deep scratches may still show. But will definitely look better than before and any other light, medium or heavy scratches will be removed in the process.
