*Warranty claims will not be accepted if evidence of misuse is apparent; this includes, but is not limited to, the following;

Lack of charge by customer

A booster is meant for jumpstart purposes only, it may not be used as a power supply, charger or for reprogramming’s

Use of a different charger than the original one

Charger has been damaged by customer (damaged cord, broken charger)

Fuse has been replaced by a non-approved fuse

Fuse is blown (if booster pack is returned with a blown fuse, a chargeable repair will apply)

Traces of abuse on the booster: short-circuit on the clamps, overheat, marks of acid inside the booster

PLEASE NOTE: The postage prices listed are for UK Mainland (Zone A and U - excluding Scottish surcharge areas and Ireland) only. Please contact us for a delivery cost if you are outside UK mainland. Items are available for collection from Saracen Distribution Ltd at our Herefordshire showroom if required.

A VAT invoice is issued with every purchase.

We will always  endeavour to provide as much product information on the product page to aid you in making the correct purchase. However, there is always the possibility that the product isn't quite what you were looking for, or you might have ordered the wrong size.

If an item needs to be returned we offer a 30 day returns period from the date of purchase.

A full refund can only be given if we receive the item back in the same condition it was dispatched in.

You will have to arrange the return of the goods yourself and we advise that this is sent on a tracked service.

If delivery is refused we retain the right to charge you the cost of having the delivery returned to us.

If you change your mind after your goods have been dispatched, we will charge you the cost of having the goods returned.

If you ask us to collect goods from you and you are absent when the courier comes to collect, then a charge will be applied for a re-collection.

We can offer a collection for the item(s) at a charge of £15.99 per collection. For collections from remote locations or outside the UK and larger/heavier item(s) the collection fee will be priced on application.
