This is a necklace with the famous A & Eagle emblem on it...with a hand wound, 17 jewel clock. Just rotate the cover to expose the clock.  Chain has some dirt on it but a  proper cleaning would bring it back significantly.

This is a gold plated piece and hails from the late 1960s or early 1970s.  Back then, the annual Anheuser-Busch conventions were held in St. Louis.  the wives were treated to a style show and presented with jewelry like this while the husbands attended the meetings.

They came with a card from Ed Vogel, Jr. of A/B and read:  As a memento of your joining us at the Sales Convention we would like you to have this special A & Eagle Watch.  Please wear it as your identification at our scheduled activities.

This kind of treatment to the operators of the beer distributorships created tremendous loyalty to the company and to its impressive growth.

These are rare and I have only one like this.  When it's gone..it's gone.
