COLLECTION POLICY

Our shop is open for collections Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 15:00. Please enquire about Saturday hours, Sundays we are closed. When you wish to collect the item, please let us know in advance so that we can make sure your item is ready and there is someone on hand to help you if required.

The collection point is in Cowley, Oxford. If you are unable to collect, you are welcome to arrange a courier instead. You will need to let us know, and specify to your chosen courier our opening days and times and address.

We are a charity shop and the majority of items that we sell have been kindly donated to us.  This means that we cannot guarantee that items are from pet/smoke free homes, and we may lack expertise when it comes to answering some questions on item specifics. ABOUT US

100% of our proceeds go to support Emmaus Oxford, which gives homeless people accommodation and meaningful work. We run a small community which houses 28 people who have experienced homelessness, our Companions. We ask Companions to volunteer with us for 28 hours a week, most choose to work in our social enterprise. We also run a store which specialises in selling second-hand furniture and white goods.
