This evidently was a drum or cymbal stand when new, now it's missing any/all top attachments, merely has a tube sticking up with zero attachments/brackets for mounting anything.  The base stand is 25" tall when bottom legs are folded out flat against the floor (see next to last photo above), then an additional tube (included) sticks up another 24", making stand roughly 4" tall. The base is very heavy duty,  unusually rigid, not a cheap off shore piece. Quite a bit of the stand had very light surface rusting in a few spots, that was nicely cleaned off, but there is still some slight surface rust down in the nooks and crannies, would require total disassembly to remove. Soooooo, old slicky here is looking for a serious DIY individual to scoop this piece up and create a righteous project- - -easy deal.
