Clients must check their packages before accepting and signing for them. If item delivered by DPD courier buyer have a right to check the item inside the packaging in the presence of the courier and if something wrong with the item inside buyer shall note a courier about it and refuse to deliver this parcel. Even if signed for this parcel already. In this case courier will have to indicate in the papers that item arrived broken so we’ll have a possibility to request compensation then.
