Offers are considered, not guaranteed to be accepted. Don’t be shy! If your offer is accepted, please pay within 48 hours.

Orders ship within 48 hours of cleared payment (please add one day for weekends and holidays).

We do offer returns, but with some limitations: (a) items must be shipped back to us at Buyer expense; (b) if an item was sold as New With Tags but you have removed the tags and are requesting a return, we will automatically reduce the refund price by 25% for change of condition; (c) if you purchase something personalized, we do not offer any returns; (d) please review all pictures and ask any questions prior to purchase as not asking questions and not reviewing pictures are not an acceptable reason for a return with us; (e) please be honest with return requests.

Items come from a smoke free but pet friendly (dog) home.  We do our best to keep fur from traveling.  In the event of any item we procure that came from a smoking home, we will include that in the description.

We offer combined shipping.  If you do not automatically receive a combined shipping invoice, please message us and we will adjust accordingly.  We only ship with USPS. We do offer local pick up in Rhode Island only (pick up locations are Providence and Johnston).

Please consider your shipping options carefully.  If USPS damages an item that was shipped priority, there is a $50 insurance coverage.  We will work with you and USPS to fix any damage issues.  Please contact us if you have any concerns!
