The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear. Some minor wear on handles can be expected due to play and positioning in action figure hands.  Unless disclosed, no seriously damaged parts or accessories are sold. Most items in our store are used, so some wear can be expected.  I look to evaluate all parts and figures for broken or stressed plastic or significant play wear as damaged.
