As photos show,dull,will require a lot of polish to get to a reasonable condition,you may wish to try to push out the dints,the measurements are underneath 8 1/3”diameter,all 3 fit the 13”wheels fitted to the reliant regal supervan 3 and supervan 2,and saloon 325/330.
