SFD-321B | Samsung 1.44MB 3.5" Floppy Disk Drive FBS1  Taken out of a working HP tower. Drive have been stored on spare computer parts shelf in climate controlled enviroment.   Drive measures: 5 3/4" deep, 3 3/4" wide, 3/4" hgih. Floppy drive works but has not been used for a extended period of time. IDE connections are clear.
