Warranty and Returns
- We offer 3 months warranty on all items purchased. Except electronic items (Sensors, switches, ECU, etc)
- Should you wish to return your order, please contact us within seven (7) days of the delivery date with a valid reason for a return
- Extended warranty options are available for an additional charge, please contact us.
- We value your business and strive to provide high-quality products that meet your needs. In the event that you need to return a product, please review the following return policy:
- We will accept returns of products within 30 days of purchase, provided that they are returned with all components complete, undamaged, unused, uninstalled and in original condition with original manufacturer packaging, along with proof of purchase.
- Warranty does not cover any related installation or re-installation costs involved.
- Return Shipping is paid by the buyer if there is a change of mind OR the buyer provided incorrect vehicle details OR the buyer purchased an incorrect part without checking compatibility with us OR for any reasons
- Original shipping is non-refundable
- If you receive a product that is different from what was described in the product listing, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue.
- If a car part is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us so that we can assess the issue and offer a refund if appropriate.
- Please note that we cannot accept returns of products that have been modified or customized in any way.
- If the item is new and has not been fitted, it can be returned. If the item is new and had been fitted, no return
- If you have fitted a new part, it cannot be returned for a refund. This is because we cannot sell a fitted part as a new item to another customer.
