Never been played with so there’s no rips, tears or stains. Just in time for Christmas!


Pictures are of the actual item (or items) you will receive and are considered part of the item description. I try to include as much info as I can including all flaws and/or defects that I’m aware of, but please check out the pictures so you can fully understand the condition of the item.

I reaaaalllly hate having a long list of “rules” on my listings. I feel like it takes something away from the experience I’m trying to make sure you have when you view and/or buy one of my items. However, I’ve found out the hard way that even though I try to do business with the utmost integrity, other people do not. This has made it necessary to implement policies and guidelines in my listings. So here it goes….


Please take time to fully read them so you can understand my policies before you buy or bid on my items.


RETURN POLICY:


I DO accept returns on my items, however Please note: I accept returns under the following conditions.


On perishable and/or consumables such as food, medicine, health and beauty items etc:


I DO NOT accept returns on perishable and/or consumable items. Even if they’ve not been opened I do not take returns on these items. NO exceptions.


On all other non consumables and/or non perishable items my return policy is as follows:


Even though I like to think I “know it all” about everything 🤭🤣 there are times when even though I try to do my best, sometimes an honest mistake on my part may happen. If for some reason I’ve legitimately made a mistake in a listing and your item was incorrectly described please let me know. I get it there’s many dishonest sellers on eBay but not all of us are like that & honest mistakes happen. So please, before you assume that I’m trying to scam you and send rude or ugly emails and/or give me negative feedback, give me the chance to fix the situation.


On the flip side, there’s dishonest buyers out there as well. So unfortunately, if you are returning your item because you’ve changed your mind and/or after it arrives decide you don’t like it, I will accept those returns under the following conditions:


If you change your mind after your item arrives:


If for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase you can return your item within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note: on this kind of return you’ll be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Once I get the item back, I’ll issue a refund to you (minus a 15% restocking fee) within 48 - 72 hours of getting the item back.


If the item was broken or damaged in shipping:


I try to package your item as best as I can however sometimes due to circumstances beyond my control, it may arrive broken or damaged. ALL fragile and/or breakable items shipping insurance MUST be purchased. With priority shipping insurance is included up to $50. If your item cost more than $50, it requires additional insurance to be purchased.


There are two options for this type of return.


~OPTION 1: If you want to file the insurance claim yourself:


If your item arrives broken or damaged, you must notify me within 5 days of your item being delivered that it arrived broken or damaged. I’ll provide you with proof of the insurance and proof of what you paid for the actual item so you can take it (along with the original box, all of the original packing materials and original shipping labels) to the shipping provider used & file a claim for the insurance reimbursement. It usually takes 7-14 days and they will issue a refund directly to you. I will assist you with this any way I can.


~OPTION 2: If you wish to send the item back to me for me to issue a refund (I will file the claim) with the shipping provider:


You must notify me within 5 days of the package being delivered that your item was broken or damaged in shipping. At that time please also provide your email address and phone number (this is in case the shipping service needs to verify anything with you as well).


I will need pictures of the following:


••The damaged item as close to what it looked like when you initially opened the box and found it damaged.


••pictures of the item removed from the packing materials to show the actual damage to the item.


••pictures of all the original packing materials, the shipping label etc.


Most shipping providers only allow 30 days from the date of delivery to file the insurance claim so this is needed as soon as possible so I can initiate the claim with the shipping provider.


Within 24-48 hours of receiving your pictures, I will email you a shipping label for you to send it back to me. When you send it back, please rewrap the item(s) in the original packaging, reseal the original box back up and then put it in a new shipping box and affix the shipping label provided. Please be sure to include all pieces that were originally in this order even if all of them weren’t damaged. An example of this would be if it was originally a set of 4 glasses but only one was broken, I will still need the other 3 glasses to be sent back as well.


Once I receive your item/items back, I will have eBay issue you a refund minus the cost of the return shipping label. There is no restocking fee for this type of return.

We have 2 sons in college (a junior & a senior) and I’m trying to earn extra money to help them cover what their jobs & student loans don’t. I work a full time job outside the home and I try to do this on my days off but as anyone whose tried online selling before knows, it’s a full time job as well (especially now that the tax laws and rules have become more strict for online sellers) Every parent wants to help their kids do better then they did so when you make a purchase from me, you’re helping us accomplish that. That’s all the more reason I want to make sure you have a good experience & hopefully at the same time restore faith in a few of the buyers who’ve had horrible experiences with the dishonest sellers out there.
