This is a pop-up book with push/pull-out tabs, which change/move pictures - see photos 4-5; 7-8 + 9-10.

Since taking the photographs, I've discovered another spacecraft, which should hang from string in the space wars section of the book - photos 9-10.  It's virtually identical to the spacecraft seen in photos 9-10.

Most of what is written on the back cover is twaddle:

"Castle warfare:  Insert arrow into bow and aim at attacking soldiers.  Pull back arrow until rubber band is tight then release"

 Only, there is no rubber band ...

"Pirate Attack:  Pull tabs to fire cannon and sink the pirate ships."

 The cannon won't actually fire, but a picture can be displayed of sinking ships.

"Space Invaders:  Aim laser gun at attacking spaceships, pull back until rubber band is tight, then release."

 Only, there is no rubber band ...

And so on ...
