Sculpture or silhouette light is white, the lights are red, yellow, and blue. The light do twinkle/blink. The cord & plug is white. It measures 16" tall by 12" wide at the widest point.
CONDITION: Although the box says there is a suction cup and easel, they are not included. Good shape. All lights work. Very clean. Box shows some flap wear but is in good shape.
