Previous owner was trying to change original M42 screw mount to Nikon F bayonet. Unfortunately, working distance of M42 lens differs from Nikon F lenses, so the lens won't totally accept/set/secure new Nikon bayonet.

No damages on glasses; some cleaning marks, dusts/specs and light haze, which is pretty common for any vintage lens and usually have no any influence on images.

Aperture works fine.

The last photo was made with this exact lens block and Nikon D90 - as you can see, picture is sharp and beautiful.

Since this lens is not totally accembled, you can use it for your modification with (or without) helicoid/mount and adapt it for your exact needs. AS-IS. No returns, no refunds, please.
