How to use forehead thermometer:

Hold the thermometer firmly at both ends and flatten it in the middle of the dry forehead.

Leave it in place for at least 15 seconds.

Put the thermometer on your forehead and read it. (Use a mirror to read the thermometer on your body). Look at the box and check the colors.

Green indicates the correct temperature.

If the only colors displayed are blue and tan, the temperature is somewhere in between.

Please use it at room temperature between 15 C and 30 C. As with all thermometers, do not take temperature for up to 30 minute
