All are in great shape except that the Shepard s hook has detached from the shepherd. Nothing that a dab of glue wouldn’t fix. You don’t really even have to glue it because as you can tell on the picture, it will stay in place. It is not broken, just detached. Two corners on the manger look a little loose. They still look fine and aren’t actually loose, they just look that way. It never bothered me. Just looks weathered like the rest of the manger. Lots of hard to find pieces in this set!
