Granite Mill Farms is a family business located in the Rocky Mountains of northwest Montana. We source organic grain from growers in the northern plains and inland northwest regions and sprouted them in small batches at our facility in Trout Creek. These lovingly hand-crafted flours come with all the health benefits of sprouted grain and can be used in any baked goods you like!

An ancestor of durum wheat, emmer is ideal for muffins, pasta or flatbreads like pizza crust & naan.
