Packaging: In order to avoid damage during shipment, all orders are packed with great care, to ensure your item suffers no wear or damage during transportation. 

Customs: This is entirely at the discretion of the customs agency in your country and completely out of my control. You are responsible for any and all customs taxes or tariffs, as applicable to your country, at the time of delivery.

Contact: I am always happy to answer any question and also find a solution if something comes up. 

Feedback: Your satisfaction is very important to me. My priority is the greatest satisfaction for customer.
