A superb large art deco period cut glass perfume bottle of inverted baluster shape with a substantial hinged silver lid with highly unusual striped guilloche enamel in royal blue and jade green. The glass body has very fine all over cut decoration of daisy type flowers on a flowing vine with facet cut leaves. The daisies have an acid etched texture to the petals and cross-hatched centres. A running leaf border runs around the bottom. Inner glass stopper. Hallmarked for Birmingham 1924, maker's mark is obscured, partially rubbed but also appears possible overstruck.

It measures 14.5cm (5 3/4") high and 8.5cm (3 3/8") wide. It weighs 326g.

In excellent condition with no damage or repair and the enamel is perfect.
