I am a VAT MOSS registered seller and all sales made on eBay are reported to the tax authorities of the countries of destination orders so that they can ensure that I deliver the corresponding VAT. All sales have an invoice. I do not issue paper invoices. If you want to obtain the invoice for tax and/or customs purposes, you will have to send a message after placing the order informing your email address, so that I can send the invoice in pdf format.
- All prices also include eBay fees, environmental fees (carbon emissions, recycling, etc...).
- Shipping costs have skyrocketed. The final price of shipping costs reflects the actual cost plus taxes and eBay fees, nothing more. In many cases I offer free shipping. This is possible due to some imagination in packaging, reducing weight and volume as much as possible and relying on reliable postal services, where the percentage of lost items is practically zero.
- I do everything in my power to provide a good description of the items, good packaging and safe and fast shipping, but despite all this care, an error or mistake is always possible, we are human. Therefore, please, whatever problem you have with your order, contact me via message before opening a dispute. And pay attention to the seller's messages. I know we live in times of great stress, but don't call in the cavalry without first exhausting all options for resolving the problem directly with the seller.
