Plant size vary. EXPECT that at times, plants can arrive larger than expected, or smaller by a few inches, but not smaller by 2" of the advertised size you bought. Expect that during busy seasons, we push out new plants that just came out of the nursery room, whereas some roots are not as hardy as others.
Sale Policy:
WE STAND BEHIND OUR PLANTS! We will refund or replace any plants that arrives damaged, rotted, molded up, or dried up. All you need is show us a picture within 6 hour of delivery time.
Please note, that all or any shipping fees are not refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. We do not take returns. All live fish and plants are sold as is.
SHIPPING:
We ship using USPS Priority Mail 1-3 days. Please allow 1-5 day for us to harvest your rooted cuttings before we ship it.

Shipped Bareroot. Image should be used as Stock Photo or Sample Photo. You will not receive the plant in a Pot or with Soil. The Soil in the photo will be Pressure washed and only the plant with Bare root shipped. In some circumstances, We might Trim off the plant to fit inside the box. New shoots and the plant itself will heal and recover.
