KrAZ-214 is a Soviet truck with a wheel
arrangement of 6×6. The armed forces and the oil and gas industry used this
truck to transport goods and towing trailers weighing up to 110000 lbs.
History
The Yaroslavl
Automobile Plant (YaAZ) created the truck in 1951, where it was produced from
1956 to 1959 under the name YaAZ-214. Then production was transferred to the
Kremenchuk Automobile Plant (KrAZ).
KrAZ-214
was produced from 1960 to 1963. The bulk of the truck built were used in the
armed forces and the oil and gas industry. KrAZ-214 was also used for other
purposes, particularly as an aircraft towing vehicle at airports.

KrAZ-214B
- is the modernized version of 1962, distinguished by an onboard electrical
network with a voltage of 24V and a modernized suspension, was mass-produced
from 1963 to 1967.

park (PMP);
heavy
mechanized bridge (TMM);
excavators:
E-305V and EOV-4421;
an onboard
vehicle (tractor) for transporting heavy artillery crews;

of tactical missiles of the 2K5 Korshun missile system.
