 DESCRIPTION:
Offered for your review and consideration is this absolutely wonderful, super clean and incredibly well-preserved, Digsmed Design, Denmark, mid-20th century Danish Modern vintage staved teak, tropical hardwood, monumental, large, 13 1/4"  in diameter, wooden salad or serving bowl, big enough to satisfy the needs of a large party, holiday gathering or entire family. It's in nearly perfect, close to originally constituted condition, with no broken glued vertical joints and with its teak, wood plank baseplate remaining firmly attached to the staved teak wooden sidewalls. There are no depreciating stains, light or dark, inside or outside the bowl and equally miraculously, there are no edge flea-bites to its top or bottom edges. The sidewalls are without any noticeable, appreciable scuffs or abrasions and the top, routered-out, concave rim is in majestic, very clean and in incredibly well-preserved condition. There are two affixed paper maker's labels, one embedded on the interior bowl basin and the other on the exterior bottom baseplate. Absolutely gorgeous. Cleary tucked away. You won't find one possibly any cleaner than this. Superlative. Top shelf. It won't disappoint. A wonderfully well preserved, as if hermetically sealed, mid-20th century vintage artifact. Outstanding.
